1. Processing & Shipping Time
All orders require a short processing time before being shipped. Once your order is placed, it is prepared within 2 to 4 business days.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United States: 7 to 10 days
- Europe: 7 to 12 days
- Australia and the rest of the world: 12 to 15 days
We ship worldwide.
2. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.
3. Shipping Delays
While we do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Customs processing
- Carrier delays
- High demand periods
- Weather or other unforeseen circumstances
Nora's Ritual is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
4. Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses
- Lost packages due to customer address errors
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee may apply.
5. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or carrier, as we are not responsible once the carrier marks it delivered.
6. Customs & Duties (If Applicable)
Depending on your country, customs fees or import taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
